The city of Portland will begin to require children five to 11 to have a negative COVID-19 test or show proof of vaccination at city facilities.
The requirement begins on Jan. 1. Proof of vaccination or a negative test is already required for 12 and up.
Facilities include Merrill Auditorium, the Portland Expo and Ocean Gateway.
