Cody Dutton, 21, of Waterville was arrested yesterday, Jan. 26 and charged with shooting pedestrian in the eye with BB gun. The charges include elevated aggravated assault and he also is accused of criminal mischief for shooting out windows last week.
According to centralmaine.com, Dutton is facing up to 30 years in prison.
Over the weekend a 38-year-old man was shot in the face while walking down the street with friends near the intersection of Main and North streets.
