The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosive is offering a $5,000 reward after more than a dozen guns were stolen from a pawn shop in Waterville on April 10th. They say two people broke into JR’s Trading & Pawn, smashed a display case with a hammer, and took 14 handguns.
