The body of a central Maine man missing since March has been found in the Kennebec River in Clinton. The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Department received a call yesterday afternoon, May 22, of a report of a possible body seen between the Benton Bridge and dam.
The body was later identified as 36-year-old Justin Howard of the Winslow/Waterville area.
