Kayla Alves, 36, a former Franklin County assistant DA pleaded guilty in March to federal charges of tampering with documents and now has been sentenced to 2 years of probation and a $2,000 fine.
She was initially charged in an alleged criminal conspiracy, a $13-million operation of industrial cultivation and distribution of marijuana.
