The second victim in the Levant house fire that occurred Monday, Oct. 31, is 29-year old Eric Daly who lived at the home with his parents.
From the Maine State Police:
Eric Daly’s father 78-year-old Charles Daly died from his injuries he sustained in the fire. Due to the severity of Mr. Daly’s burns he had been transported to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. A third adult, Charles Daly’s wife is recovering from smoke inhalation at Maine Medical Center in Portland. A total of 5 adults were living at the residence. At this point, the fire is considered accidental as it appears to have started in or near the furnace.
