Out of an abundance of caution, the Hannaford store at 22 Goding Avenue in Lincoln is recalling some specific ground beef.
The recall is for Hannaford brand 80 percent lean ground beef and 85 percent lean ground beef purchased at the store on Friday, Jan. 2 between 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. with a sell-by date of Jan. 5, 2026 because the item(s) may contain foreign material.
Customers should check their storage and freezer areas for this product and not eat the product. Product or its packaging may be returned to the store for a full refund.
This is a single-store advisory and applies to the Lincoln store only. No injuries or illnesses have been reported.
