71-year-old Jean Appleby Johnson of Orr’s Island died at the scene of a crash on Islands Road, near the intersection of Tower Hill Road, in Harpswell.
According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, Johnson was standing outside her SUV when a car crossed the centerline and hit her and her vehicle, Wednesday, Jan. 14.
