The cause of a fire at the Give a Dog a Home animal shelter in Sebec, is under investigation. The blaze occurred at the shelter on Downs, Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 20.
There were 14 dogs inside the shelter at the time of the fire, eight were injured, six perished.
The building is a total loss.
