The State Fire Marshal’s Office has arrested 50-year-old Zachary Williams of Buckfield.
Several items capable of being used to manufacture explosives were seized from his Allen School Road residence.
Williams is also allegedly responsible for an explosion in a snowbank outside of an acquittance’s home on Decoster Road in Sumner last month.
