38-year-old Axel-Rodney Brooks of Bangor was arrested, Sunday, Feb. 8, after a domestic argument inside a Bangor home.
A woman at the scene told police that she was threatened, choked, and knocked unconscious by Brooks. She was transported to a hospital with injuries.
