It’s been an interesting week for 58-year-old David Limacher. He’s been arrested by the Brewer Police Department three times since Feb. 14.
From the Brewer Police:
Brewer Police Officers responded to a Wilson Street business for a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers learned that David Limacher (58) was outside attempting to fight customers entering a different Wilson Street business. Despite multiple warnings to leave the property, Limacher refused. He was subsequently arrested for Criminal Trespass (Class E). Limacher was released from jail. Later on 02/14/26, Brewer Police Officers responded to a South Main Street business after an off-duty employee received a phone call indicating a pizza was being delivered to the closed business, where no one should have been present. Officers arrived and located Limacher at the address. Limacher was arrested a second time that day and charged with Criminal Trespass (Class E) and Violation of Conditional Release (Class E). Limacher was released from jail. On 2/19/26, Brewer Police Officers responded to the report of a male sleeping in a different closed business on North Main Street. Officers arrived and located and arrested Limacher again for Criminal Trespass (Class E), and Violation of Conditional Release (Class E).
