Nichole Kelley, 46, of Bangor, is facing up to 30 years in prison and a maximum fine of $1 million. Kelley has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
According to CBS 13, WGME, Kelley in 2024 conspired with others to impersonate people and use fake IDs to access victims’ bank accounts and withdraw money.
Kelley will be sentenced at a future date.
