Yesterday afternoon, June 15, Maine State Police charged a tractor-trailer driver with OUI on I-95 in Sidney.
The driver, from Ohio, is accused of being four times over the legal limit.
911 calls were received early in the afternoon a a truck driving erratically. After the stop by troopers, hard alcohol was discovered in the cab of the truck.
