The Winslow Police Department says 24-year-old Zachary Crothers from Winslow was last seen on April 19, just after 3:30.
Zachary has developmental disabilities, and his family is concerned for his safety. Zachary is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, 125-130 pounds, slim build, blue eyes, light brown hair with patchy facial hair.
