Ed Hendrickson, 100, a World War II veteran from Brewer recently lost a prized possession. It was a USS Ticonderoga CV-14 hat that contained his original aviator wings on it.
After retracing his steps where he had gone shopping, the Brewer PD joined the search by posting on Facebook. Thousands of shares later, he was reunited with his hat.
