Last night, Sept. 12, the Belfast Police Department arrested Rhiannon Welch, 43, of Waterville and Timothy Jennings, 56, of Oxford. They both are facing drug trafficking charges.
The two were arrested after a traffic stop on Route 1. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were spotted in the vehicle. Welch, who was driving, was out on bail and subject to search and testing with suspicion.
