Richard J. Ellis, 34, of Camden is accused of holding a woman against her will for more than a week and sexually assaulting her.
Ellis is charged with kidnapping, gross sexual assault, aggravated assault and criminal threatening. Also for obstructing the report of crime or injury and violation of a condition of release.
According to WGME, the incidents occurred on Park Street in Camden.
