Gardiner Police have seized 107 grams of cocaine, 36 grams of crack cocaine, a 9mm handgun, and cash along with large amounts of drug paraphernalia.

On the evening of March 31st, Sgt. Kaleb Marston, Officer Noah Lebel, and Officer Matthew Hunt responded to a disturbance complaint on West Hill Rd in Gardiner. While investigating this complaint a large amount of what was believed to be illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were observed in a residence. The residence was secured and a search warrant was obtained and executed in the residence. Officers discovered 107 grams of cocaine, 36 grams of crack cocaine, a 9mm handgun, and cash along with large amounts of drug paraphernalia. One occupant was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs (class A), Possession of Firearms Prohibited for Certain Persons (Class B), and Violation of Condition of Release (Class E). The second occupant was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs (Class A) and Violation of Condition of Release (Class E).
