The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Tuesday, March 31, resulting in the seizure of methamphetamine and a firearm and the arrest of three individuals on serious drug trafficking charges.
Deputies served the warrant at a residence on French Settlement Road in Milford at approximately 2:00pm. The search warrant was based on an investigation by a deputy assigned to the Town of Milford into suspected drug trafficking at the location.
Items seized during the search included methamphetamine and a firearm.
Those arrested were:
- Tonya Albano, 48, of Milford, charged with Unlawful Trafficking of Schedule W Drugs and Violation of Conditional Release. She was also placed on a probation hold. Albano was already on probation and out on bail for previous drug trafficking offenses.
- Adam Hesseltine, 40, of Milford, charged with Aggravated Unlawful Trafficking of Schedule W Drugs.
- Michael Lyons, 43, transient, arrested on an outstanding probation revocation warrant.
The investigation remains active, and officials indicated that additional charges may be filed.
