Lisbon Police are investigating two residential burglaries on Ferry Road after receiving a report of juveniles inside an unoccupied home on Sunday morning, April 12.
Officers responded to the report of suspicious activity and determined that two unoccupied residences on Ferry Road had been burglarized. One of the homes showed signs of forced entry.
Through a coordinated investigation, Detective Renee Bernard and Corporal Glenn Darby identified six juveniles believed to be involved in the incidents.
The suspects were located, and their parents were contacted. The Juvenile Community Corrections Officer has been brought in to address potential diversion or charges. Because all individuals involved are juveniles, police will not release their names or additional identifying information.
The investigation remains active. Lisbon Police have not disclosed the extent of any property damage or items taken at this time.
