The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office says Alexander Justice has been arrested and charged with criminal mischief and criminal attempt, burglary to a motor vehicle.
Justice was in his underwear was trying to break into vehicles on Center Street in Bangor, early Wednesday morning, April 22.
He’s also reportedly was throwing rocks through their windows.
