47-year-old Seth Poland of Rockland was arrested after a proactive patrol made contact with his vehicle and during a subsequent investigation, over 30 grams of methamphetamine were discovered.
The drugs were in the vehicle and Poland’s residence.
At the time of the incident, Poland was out on pre-conviction bail for a prior charge of Felony Unlawful Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs.
Poland was arrested and booked into the Knox County Holding Facility on new charges of Felony Unlawful Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs and Violation of Conditions of Release.
