Luke Combs Debuts New Song, ‘Without You’

Luke Combs performed a new song while currently out on tour, the very personal tune he titled “Without You.” The lyrics discuss the sacrifices his loved ones have made to support him throughout his life. He makes references to his parents’ hard work and his fiancee’s selflessness in watching him pursue his dreams.

Combs just released his sophomore album, What You See Is What You Get, in November of 2019. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard‘s all-genre Billboard 200 chart. Luke launched the What You See Is What You Get tour on Feb. 7, with Ashley McBryde and Drew Parker as his opening acts.

Netfix Series On Assassination Of Malcolm X Prompts New Investigation

The Netflix documentary series Who Killed Malcolm X? has raised enough questions that the case will be reinvestigated. The Manhattan district attorney’s office have said it would review the case after new information came to light. It’s also working with the Innocence Project, a non-profit that works to exonerate the wrongly convicted.

The district attorney’s comments came days after the release of the Netflix docuseries. The series features historian Abdur-Rahman Muhammad, who is looking for answers to the questions around Malcolm X’s assassination more than five decades later, including whether the real perpetrators were caught.

Shortly after civil rights activist Malcolm X took the stage at the Audubon Ballroom in New York on February 21, 1965, shots were fired and the icon was pronounced dead. Three men were convicted in 1966. Mujahid Abdul Halim (known as Talmadge Hayer and Thomas Hagan), Muhammad Abdul Aziz (known as Norman 3X Butler) and Khalil Islam (known as Thomas 15X Johnson) were sentenced to life in prison.
