The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Jesse Weeman of Dixmont, and 42-year-old Ashley Wilber of Orrington, have been arrested in Dixmont.
Methamphetamine and fentanyl were discovered inside a home where the two were in Dixmont.
Both were arrested on various drug-related charges.
Police say Weeman has been on the run for years, wanted on two outstanding warrants from 2023 and 2024 related to drug and firearm charges.

Deputies from the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office, accompanied by K9 Memphis, followed up on an ongoing investigation concerning a wanted individual believed to be in Dixmont. Upon arrival at the residence, deputies located Jesse Weeman, 29, of Dixmont, and Ashley Wilber, 42, of Orrington, seated inside a vehicle. Weeman was taken into custody without incident on two outstanding warrants issued in 2023 and 2024 related to drug and firearm charges. As a result of the investigation, deputies located methamphetamine and fentanyl inside the vehicle. Wilber was arrested and charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs and Violation of Probation. Weeman was additionally charged with Violation of Conditions of Release and Possession of Scheduled Drugs, along with the outstanding warrants. Both individuals were transported to the Penobscot County Jail for processing.
The investigation remains ongoing.
