Portland Police officers successfully recovered two missing teenagers from Gardiner, and arrested a 39-year-old Anthony Hertzler of North Falmouth
Hertzler was arrested during a traffic stop in the early hours of Thursday, April 23, as officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 1100 Brighton Avenue.
The vehicle had three occupants. During the stop, officers detected the odor of alcohol and identified one passenger as Hertzler. He was found to be in violation of his conditions of release and was arrested and charged with Violating Conditions of Release. He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail.
